Once the service expires, a renewal is required to continue receiving support and service updates.

Support and automatic product updates are provided for the term defined by the license type and are based on the date of purchase. After the license has expired a new license will need to be purchased in order to continue receiving support and product updates.

You waive and shall not assert any claims or allegations of any nature whatsoever against synckite.com, its affiliates or subsidiaries, their sponsors, contractors, advertisers, vendors or other partners, any of their successors or assigns, or any of their respective officers, directors, agents or employees (collectively, the "Released parties") arising out of or in any way relating to your use of the site or the content, including, without limitation, any claims or allegations relating to the alleged infringement of proprietary rights, alleged inaccuracy of content, or allegations that any released party has or should indemnify, defend or hold harmless you or any third-party from any claim or allegation arising from your use or other exploitation of the site.

Subscriptions
If you currently hold an active subscription with us, please ensure that you cancel it either through your account or by contacting us via email from your registered address at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled charge date.

If you have any irresolvable issues getting one of our services to work or if you're completely unhappy with it, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase. After 7 days, no refunds can be given.

Synckite reserves the right to change the price of any service at any time. Any price change will be reflected on Synckite.com. In the event that any price is lowered, you will not be entitled to a refund for the difference in the price from the time you purchased the service.
